I have no hesitation in recommending Ask Windows. Nad and Faranak were extremely helpful from the day that we walked in to the final day of installation. We ordered and got fitted a 5 door bifold door, a solidor front door and windows for the entire house including french windows in the loft. The price was very reasonable and more importantly, the quality and finished look is excellent. We had received a quote from another company which was similar in price but the quality was nowhere near as good.

Nad was extremely careful when going through the specifications to make sure that we knew exactly what we were ordering. They are quick to answer the phone and answer questions. The fitters were very professional. Thank you!

We bought our beautiful front door from this company and we are very pleased with the service we have received. The customer service was excellent and they were very organised and punctual. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. The opening of the door was not straight (done by our incompetent builder), and the installer took his time to sand the bricks. He straightened our wall before installing the door, something that was not his job!!
Our builders scratched the door and again Ask Windows was there to fix it. As soon as we informed them, they came over and fixed it eve though the damage was done by someone else. We are so lucky to find this company and definitely recommend them.

Having decided to replace our front door with a composite and completed our due diligence relating to various Suppliers and who to work with, we finally decided to go with ‘Ask Windows’ and we haven’t regretted it for a moment.

From the initial contact stage, through to visiting their premises to choose a design, pattern of glass, door furniture, etc., Faranak and Nad were always totally professional and incredibly patient, as we asked a lot of questions. Of course, the proof of the pudding is always in the eating, but again, the installers arrived bang on time, they maintained the level of professionalism that we’d already experienced, tidied up after themselves, (always a good sign) and when finished, left us with our beautiful new front door, with every aspect of the installation having gone precisely to plan, from start to finish and crucially, within budget.

It has been an absolute pleasure and for all of these reasons, we cannot recommend ‘Ask Windows’ highly enough.

We have just had our second installation by Ask Windows. As previously the whole process was a joy. The quote was arranged 24 hours after our contact. Then the replacement windows were ready when expected. The installers worked very efficiently and completed the installation of a 5 window bay in just over one day. Nad inviting us to the showroom to make sure we were making the right choice in terms of design, type of window, window handles and the finish. Updated progress review

Since our last review on ASK windows, they have been around to rectify the faults, & even gave us windows ledges boards & silicone, Mr. Nad also advised us the best way as to get the noise level down which apparently is coming through the wall’s.
We would like to take this opportunity to Thank Mr. Nad for making good on his word, as we also have made good on our word to rewrite our review.

Highly recommended

We contacted Ask Windows after seeing a number of their signs in properties in our road and being impressed with the work they had completed on those properties. We are so glad we did. They were first-class from start to finish; starting with Nad who clearly explained things every step of the way and provided a competitive price. The friendly fitters were also excellent throughout; highly efficient in their work, tidy and most importantly, the end result was fantastic. A great experience all round. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend This Company! Miles above the rest

I had been let down by another Trader who I ordered a Solidor Composite door and side panels from. Despite initially quoting 4 weeks installations They messed me about for weeks, didn’t respond to messages then eventually said it would be another 4-6 weeks for installation blaming Covid as as reason for not doing it sooner. I stumbled upon Ask Windows and rang them in desperation. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for installation and they quoted a cheaper price than the other trader. The next day their Surveyor turned up to measure and 2.5 weeks later my door was installed. They were brilliant, I cant recommend them enough! My only criticism would be that they do not come up on searches when you are looking for a composite door in my area, they need a better search presence and they deserve all the business from North London as the service they provide is just perfect! The work was done with efficiency, courtesy and completed within the allocated time. Ask windows were professional from start to finish and showroom visit was well worth it. The fitters were excellent both in fitting and clearing up everyday before they left. Installation went smoothly.

Windows and door replacement

ASK Windows replaced 10 windows and the back door in our house. The sales approach was helpful and courteous. The quotation was competitive. The windows were ready in a few weeks and the installers did a good job, using protective floor covering. The installation took 5 working days. We are very happy with the results.
